Azam Uganda Premier League side Bul Football Club have appointed Frank Anyau as the new manager for a period of two years.
Frank replaces Alex Isabirye who quit the position.
“I am delighted that Anyau has agreed to become our new Head Coach. He has an outstanding reputation for his technical knowledge of the game and for creating well organised teams capable of playing football in an attractive and attacking style,” Bul Chairman Silver Alias said in a letter to the media.
“Anyau shares our long term ambitions and ethos of developing players and naturing young talent, and he will be able to do so now at a club holding long term strategic plans.” Alias added.
Anyau on his part expressed delight in joining the Jinja based side, saying it’s a privilege.
“Bul is a great club with a strong tradition and fantastic support both at home and throughput the country,” Anyau said.
“I feel privileged to be its (Bul) coach, for me this just one of the most exciting coaching positions in the Uganda premier league.”
“I have had discussions with the chairman and the clubs executive and I share their vision of the future progress of the club. This is a squad any coach would love to work with and together I believe we can bring success in the seasons ahead.”
The experienced gaffer previously worked with SC Villa as technical director.
