Gambia national team will have to make do without captain Omar Colley, for a 2017 Afcon qualifiers fixture against Cameroon on September 4th away in Doula.
Gambia coach Sang Dong, who hails Omar Colley as one of the best players in Gambias history, said his absence will be a huge tactical problem against Cameroon.
The 23-year-old got booked in the Mauritania and South Africa fixtures making him ineligible for the return-leg match against the Indomitable Lions. Bubacarr Sanneh is named as his replacement at the back-four.
The ex-Togo tactician is yet to secure a win in four matches since taking over the managerial helm of the country’s senior team.
The Scorpions sit bottom of Group M on a mere two points after managing to draw only South Africa and Mauritania in five games.
