Gambian Goalkeeper dies at sea

The goalkeeper of the Gambia’s national women’s side died attempting to cross the Mediterranean to reach Europe.
Fatim Jawara was 19 years of age and it is a great loss to African Football.

Our thoughts are with the family of Fatim Jara.
