GOMA Lotto betting company has paid Gor Mahia players winning allowance of the match they won aganist Zoo Kericho before the league break.
The betting company officials led by Agnes Owaga presented a cheque of Sh 190,000 in a brief ceremony held yesterday at the club’s training ground, Camp Toyoyo.
In her address Owaga revealed that they already have long and short term plans and will continue supporting the club.
“Gor Mahia is one of the best team in Kenya and they are doing well. We are in partnership and we will continue to support the club financially and to achieve some of the long terms projects like having an established academy and help the club own a stadium amongst other projects,” said Owaga in an interview with the club portal.
“We are focused on helping the team in major areas and as our tag goes – Forever Winning, we are ready to help Gor Mahia win at all fronts,” she added.
Gor Mahia are currently leading the KPL table with 6 points from two matches and are expecting to benefit more from GOMA Lotto,a club intitiative that was launched early in the year.
