Ricardo Goss says he hopes to play a part in Mamelodi Sundowns future success and win as many trophies as he can.
Goss has been with Mamelodi Sundowns since the start of the new season after coming from Bidvest Wits.
The Bafana Bafana international signed a five-year deal and brings a wealth of experience to the Masandawana goalkeeping department.
He told the club’s official website, “It has been nice, I am enjoying every moment with the club and we have a great bunch of guys who are fun to work with. I felt welcomed when I joined the club and it is still the same way and working hard.”
Goss joins the goalkeeping department that consists of international keepers like Dennis Onyango, Kennedy Mweene, and also newly signed Jody February.
The 26-year old spoke about being in the same space with quality international keepers.
“Dennis and Kennedy have been cracking jokes all the time with us the new guys and have made us feel at home. I want to work hard and learn more from them”.
Ricardo has not made an official start for the Brazilians but has made the bench and will be looking forward to making his debut.
“I wanna get some silverware and being here at the club gives me an opportunity as I have not won any trophies and hopefully that will change”.
