GOTV Shield – Gor Mahia missing in action as Muhoroni Youth declared winners.

Gor Mahia failed to show up today at the Nyayo Stadium for the Kenya Cup (GOTV Shield) third playoff match against Muhoroni Youth.

There was no clear explanation for the no show by the Kenyan league champions and consequently Youth were declared the winners. The match was to kick off at 12 Noon.

The Awasi aside walks away with Kshs 750,000. The finals pitting Bandari FC and FKF PL side Nakumatt FC will be played at the same venue from 3PM.
