Lumwana Radiants vs Green Eagles
Lumwana Grounds
15:00hrs
The 2-1 win over ZANACO has done wonders for Green Eagles’s confidence levels but they remain haunted by their always good start and poor finishing spectre that has always been with them for a couple of seasons now. . This will be manager Manfred Chabinga’s stain test away this season as Lumwana look so organised under Bestone Chambeshi and what a better way to mark it than by claiming a victory over the team coached by the Under 20 winning coach.
Green Eagles was one of the teams that did a double over Lumwana in the 2016 season, beating them 3-1 in Lumwana and 1-0 in Choma, they will be hoping to repeat that feet.
Lumwana always seem to give teams problems at home and although Chabinga’s side are the outsiders in the race, they are still good enough to upset the odds. They put Arrows under intence pressure in week two at Nkoloma and they will think they can do the same to Eagles at home.
And they will definitely win this to pile pressure on the other candidates in the positions on the log table after week three games.
But I just think the unbeaten run of Green Eagles comes to an end this weekend.
My Verdict: Lumwana Radiants 1-0 Green Eagles.
