Ghana legend Asamoah Gyan says he is not ready to hang up his soccer boots despite heading towards the end of his playing career.
Gyan believes he still has a lot to offer and will continue giving his all on the football pitch.
The 34-year-old who plays for Indian side NorthEast United FC has been riddled with injuries.
But Gyan has declared that he his still in great physical condition to continue with his career.
“It looks like people wants me to retire but I’m not done yet. I had a couple of injuries but I’m getting back to full fitness,” the Striker told TV3.
“I’m now okay and feel good in my body.
“I have added a bit of weight that I have to work on and get back to shape.”
Gyan has scored Four goals in eight matches for United in the current campaign but picked a longterm injury that saw him sidelined.
The former Black Stars captain has 109 appearances for the Ghanaian National team with 51 goals to his name.
