Supersport United marksman Bradley
Grobler said his selection for the national team to compete at the 2021 Africa
Cup of Nations qualifier was merely the results of the hard work he had put
into this year Premiership campaign.
Grobler has played in nine of his team 10 Premiership matches
this season.
While he has breached opposition just five times during that
period..Grobler feels that the other contributions he has made to the squad
have been recognised by national team coach Molefi Ntseki
I am excited about the call up,Grobler told Sola25east.com
“I feel that I worked very hard to earn myself a place in
this squad. As you know they are
many great players but I guess my hard work stood out”
“I have learnt a lot from the coach and I am happy that he
selected me.One of the things that I have learnt from him is he always stressed
the importance of being yourself when you are playing. He encourages not to try
anything fancy” he added.
Bafana Bafana will play Ghana and Sudan in
the back to back 2021 Africa cup of nations after this weekend Absa Premiership
matches.
