Sensational Zanaco Striker Moses Phiri has signed for Portuguese segunda liga side Academico Viseu.Moses was the second highest topscorer in the MTN/FAZ Super League with 11 goals.
Phiri becomes the second Zambian High profile Striker to join a Portuguese Segunda liga side in a space of a week after Green Buffaloes striker Lineker Mwikisa joined Santa Clara.
Moses Phiri has joined Portuguese Second division side Academico Viseu on a contract that will see the versatile striker at the Club until the end of this season.
This was according to statement released on Academico Viseu official website.
According to some media reports he is being referred to as ”holy Moses” in Portugal.
Saná 24,a Guinean with dual nationality, has also been hired to reinforce Acamico Visue striking force.
Saná played for Portugal at the 2011 under-20 World Cup and went on to reach the finals.
Academico Viseu are currently seating on 12th position in a league of 24 teams
