The Indomitable lionesses of Cameroon are currently intensifying preparations ahead of the second leg and last qualifiers of the 2018 African Cup of Nations, AFCON, to take place in Ghana.
The Lionesses who are on their second grouping since May 1 at the CAF Technical Center in Mbankomo in Yaounde will confront Congo on June 4.
Talking to Soka25east.com, head coach Joseph Ndoko said, the objective of the grouping is to continue untill the tactical and technical aspects as well as work towards maintaining a good squad that will clash with Congo is achieved.
He added that besides maintaining a stable atmosphere in the den, the coming together is also an opportunity to prepare a comfortable ground for international and national players to understand themselves ahead of the qualifying match.
Report indicates that a number of players who took part in the first segment of preparations have come back as new players are trying to integrate themselves in the team.
The 2018 AFCON in Ghana will take in the month of December and will run from November 17 to December 1.
