Prominent Cameroonian sports Lawyer Ivo Chi is reportedly eyeing the Presidency of the Cameroonian Football Federation (Fecafoot)

soka25east.com sources reveal that Chi is planning to challenge the acting President Mr. Seidou Mbombo Njoya who has been at the helm of FECAFOOT since 2018.

Mr. Chi who is also a football Intermediary is known to have helped a lot of African players move to Europe.

The position of President for FECAFOOT fell vacant after the Court of Arbitration of Sports (CAS) annulled elections held in 2018.

Earlier in January, 2020, CAS ruled the ballot, which saw Seidou Mbombo Njoya voted in as Fecafoot president, invalid after several amateur clubs challenged the election procedure which they said was flawed.
