Jermaine Seoposenwe has left Spanish top-flight side Real Betis after the expiration of her six-month contract on June 30.
The South Africa international signed for the Primera Iberdrola side in February. She has featured in three games across all competitions, including the Women’s Cup for Pier Luigi Cherubino’s team.
She was a substitute in Betis’ 2-0 win over Espanyol on February 15, in a 2-0 win over Rayo Vallecano on March 1 and a 1-0 Cup loss to Logrono.
At the time of league cancellation, Real Betis were 12th with 20 points from 21 matches.
Before Seoponsewe moved to Betis, she played in Lithuania for Gintra Universitetas, her first professional move abroad and for South African club JVW FC.
She is expected to sort out her future in the coming days.
