AFC Leopards players called up to Harambee Stars by coach Bobby Williamson have been dropped from the team after their team management insisted they go back to camp.
Harambee Stars will depart for Rwanda today (Friday) at 4.30 pm where they are expected to play Tanzania on Saturday in Kigali.Williamson also said that Gor Mahia players will join the team on Saturday after their Kenyan premier league game in Kisumu .
Gor Mahia players will fly back to Nairobi and immediately connect to Kigali to join the rest of the team that will be led by captain Victor Wanyama.
Williamson’s team consists of mainly foreign based players whoever Johanna Omollo will not join the team as expected while Paul Were who is attending a funeral will join the team accompanied by Mathare United’s Eric Johanna.
