Mamelodi Sundowns are considering signing Kampala Capital City Authority’s player Allan Okello.

The 16 year-old Ugandan has caught the attention of numerous scouts from Africa and Europe after impressive performances in recent months.

According to Johanesbourg based online publication,Phakaaathi, Sundowns coach Pisto Mosimane asked for the availability of the youngster after the match where KCCA held African Champions to 1-1  draw.

“He spoke to KCCA coach and later to the officials asking that they give him the boy.He sounded sincere and although he was not given an immediate answer,it looks positive,”said a source who is a journalist in Uganda.

Okello has been likened to Chelsea  midfielder Eden Hazard for his attacking football.

Mosimane has already made contact with his entourage having been impressed by the youngster and wants to take him under his wing and groom him.
