Football Kenya Limited(FKF) Nyanza NEC Member Tom Onyango Alila has come out guns blazing accusing FKF President Sam Nyamweya of setting up an a separate secretariat at his house in Karen.

Speaking to Soka25east.com Alila alluded to the fact that fact that the secretariat was set up illegally as he warned of dire legal consequences should the same be confirmed.

“As a Nec member I am disgusted by the news that Sam Nyamweya has started an illegal secretariat at his house and vetting of clubs is taking place there without our consent.We cannot accept such shenanigans and I warn the President that what they are doing will be met with legal issues”

“I have even learnt that the list from Nyanza West has been replaced by fake clubs.We are demanding that list of clubs must be verified by Sub Branches Chairmen,Branch Chairmen and NEC “Alila told Soka25east.com

Alila also delved on the issue of FKF contract with MP and Silva saying “ we have been notified that Sam Nyamweya has sent a letter of Notice to terminate the contract of MP and Silva purportedly have sent by Nec members yet we know nothing about it.We have to respect any legal contracts and it is not the prerogative of the chairman to make haphazard decisions without the collective agreement of Nec members”

“Sam Nyamweya should address about the issue raised by MP and Silva concerning the renegotiation of the contract,Clarification of Kpl club signatories and accounting for the 90 million give to the federation for running of the league and has been unaccounted”Alila added
