Football Kenya Federation has announced that94 delegates will take part in the upcoming National football elections November 13th the number rising from 87 .
After a lengthy meeting in a Nairobi Hotel that involved several stakeholders Football Kenya Federation (FKF) President Sam Nyamweya alluded to the fact that the number of delegates who will vote in the national elections will move up from 87 to 94
A rule passed in an AGM held in Nairobi in on August 28th resolved that for any contestant to be considered a viable candidate, they must have been either a member of its National Executive Committee, FKF Premier League Chairman,KPL Chairman , or a chairman in any of the branches.

It’s now official the upcoming football elections will have 47 counties represented by 47 delegates
Meanwhile All Constituencies will revert to sub branches.
Meaning total no of Delegates to vote will be 94 comprising of:
47 branch delegates
16 Kpl teams
24 FKF-PL teams (8 fkfpl,8 from Super League and 8 from Division one teams)
1 referee representative
I players representative
1 coaches representative
2 delegates from Women league
2 delegates girls division one
