Defending Gotv Shield champions Sofapaka have been eliminated from the tournament after falling to visiting Administration Police in a penalty shootout

Sofapaka took the lead in the 38th minute courtesy of John Baraza.

They maintained the slim lead until the break.On resumption Administration Police came back strongly and their resilience paid off when Geoffrey Muhando equalized in the 80th minute.
