Kenya national team Harambee Stars has dropped in the latest FIFA rankings, released on Thursday 23 November.
The team is now at number 111, down nine places from the October rankings that placed it at number 102.
With 300 points, Kenya has not gained any point within the rankings period having not played in any friendly match during the past FIFA friendlies day.
Stars have not won any of their last four matches,loosing three and drawing once.Their last engagement was friendlies aganist Iraq and Thailand in October where the team lost 2-1 and 1-0.
Senegal made the biggest mark in Africa in fact, risen to 23rd – their highest-ever position on the global ladder – on the back of securing a first World Cup place since 2002.
They are now the top-ranked African nation, having leapfrogged fellow Russia 2018 qualifiers Tunisia (27th, up 1) and Egypt (31st, down 1).
While Harambee Stars continue falling in the rankings, neighbours Uganda also found themselves loosing group dropping four places from position 71 to 74th to remain their status of the best ranked East African team.
Worldwide the top five positions has not changed with Germany,Brazil, Portugal,Argentina and Belgium remaining the world best in that order.
