Gor Mahia U19 team will tomorrow (Wednesday 14) recieve 10 Mikasa made balls from a well wisher, Dan Woud Ruoth Oketch.
The handing over ceremony will take place at the teams training session at Camp Toyoyo, Nairobi.
“I believe the youth team doesn’t get adequate support from the office. They currently have no balls at all,the ones they are using are borrowed,” Dan who has declared interest in vying for the post of Gor Mahia FC chairman said.
“The youth team must be part and parcel of Gor Mahia and they must be put on full budget.” he added.
The team which is largely funded by well wishers and run by Gor Mahia fans foundation, has done extremely well in the lower leagues since formation, and this year they will be joining National Division 2 league.
