Ulinzi resumed training on Tuesday evening ahead of the GOtv Shield round of 16 match against AFC Leopards on Wednesday October 14 in Nairobi. The team has been boosted with the return of defender Brian Birgen who had missed last weekend’s match against Chemelil with injury as well as goalkeeper Francis Ochieng who had been down with malaria.
However, James Saruni and Collins Ochieng still remain sidelined with injury.
The team will play a friendly match against Lang’ata Gremio on Friday at the City Stadium according to assistant coach Benjamin Nyangweso
