The Kenya Premier League enters round 29 in this weekend of Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 with nine matches on the cards.
Gor Mahia Vs Mathare United
On form Gor Mahia will play struggling Mathare United at the Thika sub-county stadium at 3:00pm. Mathare United have failed to register a win in their last four matches and as they face on form Gor, they will be seeking to edge farther from the relegation zone. The Kimanzi coached side at 15th on log with 26 points while their counterparts are on top of the table with 57 points.
AFC Leopards Vs Posts Rangers
Posts Rangers have been on a downward trajectory in their last matches and will be seeking to bag maximum points in this match. The mail men were held to a 1-1 draw in the first leg match and coach Sammy Omollo is hopeful they can finish in the top three but this has to come with a win in the six remaining matches of the league this season.
Bandari Vs Sofapaka
Paul Nkata’s charges will fins the going tough as they welcome second placed Sofapaka at Mvaraki Stadium. Bandari lost their last home game to Tusker 3-0 and will be hoping to perform better after losing their last match to Chemelil 0-1.
Kariobangi Sharks Vs Chemelil Sugar
Chemelil Sugar will want to upset on form Kariobangi Sharks when they face off at Kasarani stadium at 3:00pm today. Both teams drew 1-1 in their last encounter and will be seeking to bag maximum points in this duel.
Chemelil Sugar will have to do without defender Smith Ouko and midfielder Faraj Ominde who were suspended.
