Kenyan football giants AFC leopards beat the transfer window with a mega signing ropping in Ugandan defender Yakubu Ramadhan in one of the most expensive transfers after that of Gor Mahia’ Jacques Tuyisenge.
The Ugandan put pen to paper and will be at the Den for two years.
The leopards new signing is set to become the most expensive KPL player and according to Kawowo the player is set to earn USD 2000 approximately Ksh 200,000 monthly salaries minus allowances.
Leopards paid a a sign in fee of USD 10,000 approximately Ksh 1 Million to get the player.
He joins from SC Victoria University.
previously he helped Bright Stars gain promotion to the top tier and according to his agent a Isaac Mikasa, the transfer is done and he believes the player is ripe for professional football.
