Zambia national football team coach George Lwandamina has named a provisional squad of 22 players for the 2016 Cosafa Castle Cup competition
which takes place in Namibia from 11th to 25th June.
Lwandamina has since invited the said players to a residential training camp to take place from 24th to 27th April in Ndola.
This is according to a post on the Football Association of Zambia Official Facebook page.
The list of invited players was made available to Fazfootball.com on Tuesday by Team Manager Stanley Kaseko who said the players were expected to arrive in Ndola on April 24.
Kaseko said the training program was part of the national team’s preparations ahead of the Cosafa Castle Cup and the Africa Cup of Nations Qualification match against Guinea Bissau in June.
