Self proclaimed soccer pundit from Malawi Kim Kamau has once again hit the Malawian Football Association terming the poor performace by the National team attributed to the players behaviour of not controlling themselves in camp.
As quoted by a top Malawian site Malawi24.com,The players were spending most of their time out of camp boozing and spending nights between the legs of prostitutes.
Malawi could not go past the quarter final stage as they were bundled out by eventual winners Uganda. They were also shocked by new nation South Sudan who beat them 2-0 with their only win being against minnows Djibouti who they beat 3-0 and Sudan 2-1.
Kamau reiterated that he had enough evidence that the players were going out to drink, and do all sorts of other bad behaviours.
Kamau echoed this in a live Radio interview with Galaxy FM reporter Thomas Psyata who wondered why the pundit would want to leave people in suspense.
However, the leader of the delegation to Ethiopia,Alexander Wayahas downplayed the reports saying that he was not aware of anything.
‘This is not true. Our players behaved well and am afraid to say that none of them did what you people are hearing’
