Immediate former Malawi Flames coach Ernest Mtawali has sued the Football Association President Walter Nyamilandu for defamation .
He has also sued technical sub committee chair James Mwenda on a similar case
According to summons from the Blantyre court through his lawyers the former international is claiming damages for libel and Slander .

He claims his reputation has been tarnished and claimed Mwenda told a media house false issues about him
He says the claims of favouritism in his selection was baseless and it has tarnished his name and brought him into public scandal ,odium and contempt .
The sub committee appointed Ramadhan as caretaker coach and his position is subject to performance .
Mtawali took over from Young Chimodzi and only managed to register five wins from 14 games
