Senegalese international Mame Seydina Issa Laye Thiaw has revealed his delight in the kind of performance he has had to put in for Romanian second tier outfit Sespi OSK in the current season.
Mame Laye was named the best foreign player in the Second Division Championship last season scoring 8 goals, making 5 asists in 24 appearances.
He has now played two matches in the beginning of the 2017/2018 season and made considerable contribution to the side that hammered Juventus Burcharest 3-1 making it to the first round of Europa League.
“I want to make a good journey with my team and achieve good individual and collective performances,”he said.
“For now I want to have some time to play, to make some nice performances, and surely the goals and the passes will come afterwards.
“As a result, I will be able to join a more ambitious team, because many Scouts of the big teams come to follow the championship. Romania is a springboard, but we never know what the future holds for us. “
