Mbao FC will not sign any player in the mid season transfer window ,this was revealed by the chairman Solly Njashi who said the technical bench is non committal on the need to reinforce
This development comes after Mbao’s request to Yanga to have their former players Yusuph Mhilu and Maka Edward return back
“Its true our coach Ettiene Ndayiragije wanted the players but Yanga refused forcing the coach to strengthen his squad ” Njashi said
Mbao are in their second season in the top flight and shocked the Tanzania football nation when they reached the Azam Federation Cup final losing to Simba.
Meanwhile Ugandan international Murshid Juuko has already joined the Simba training camp ahead of their clash with Lipuli in Dar .Leading scorer Emmanuel Okwi however has not arrived and is reported to have sustained an injury back home when Uganda cranes played against Congo in the World Cup qualifier in Brazzaville
