Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin Sredejovich Micho officially cleared the air over speculations linking him to Libya on Thursday while addressing the media at the FUFA weekly press conference at Lugogo.
The Serb has since AFCON ended been lined with plenty of lucrative offers from all over the globe with the fresh being from unknown Libyan club.
” It’s true I got from Libya with an offer worth 2m dollars which I forwarded to my boss Eng. Moses Magogo (FUFA president) who is currently in Morocco on official duty. I am loaded with lots of offers, if I presented everything to you it would look like self advertisement. I still have a running contract with FUFA which I highly respect and I am focused on Saturday’s CHAN match against South Sudan at Lugogo,”said Micho.
There are rumours that were spread on Thursday morning by a prominent football critic one Allan Ssewanyana who is also a member of Parliament in Uganda as well as Chairman Katwe FC a regional football club via his official Facebook account saying that the the match against South Sudan is the Serbs last match in charge of the CECAFA power nation.
