Kenyan International midfielder Clifton Miheso has dismissed claims that he was forced to terminate contract with South Africa’s Premier Soccer League side ,Golden Arrows FC.
Earlier reports in a section of Kenya media indicated that the ex-AFC Leopards player signed the termination letter at a gun point after the club officials refused his request to wait for his manager.
Golden Arrows have now released a personal letter from Miheso indicating that he willingly terminated his contract and there was no threats.
The letter read: To Chairperson of Lamontville Golden Arrows
MATO MADLALA
This is to state my dissappointment on the news claiming that you had me threatened. This is all incorrect infact I am grateful to you and everything you have done for me.
The termination agreement I signed is correct and I was not forced to sign it. I did this willingly and I have been paid everything due to me.
I wish to state my apologies for everything.
