Sofapaka downed City Stars at Machakos to AFC Leopards fought from
behind to snatch a draw against visiting Bandari at Nyayo Stadium in
Monday’s matches.

AFC Leopards fought hard for a win but in the end scrambled to force a
draw in a balanced, free-flowing game.

Bandari were the first to draw blood through Shaban Kenga after
Leopards goalkeeper Lucas Indeche,was under pressure, to return
Martin Kiiza’s back pass only for his effort to hit the legs of Shaban
Kenge,for the ball to roll into the an empty net.
With three
minute to the final whistle, Jackson Saleh rose high to head in
Wanyonyi’s cross for Ingwe’s equalizer to save Leopards from a second
consecutive defeat. The result handed Bandari their first point in
their last three matches.

Sofapaka condemned Nairobi City Stars to their 12th loss of the season.

Sofapaka FC romped to a comfortable 2-0 victory over struggling
Nairobi City Stars in a Kenyan Premier League match played at Machakos
Stadium on Monday.

Mbatiye sealed maximum points.

Shivachi found the back of the net in 12th minute before Mbatiye added
the second in 35th minute. Coach Sam Timbe was elated after the
result. “We needed a quick response after losing heavily to Tusker and
posting poor results in recent weeks.
The win ended Sofapaka’s three-match losing streak and brought them
one point behind second-placed Ulinzi Stars on the league table.
