Daring Club Motema Pembe striker Davis Kasirye wants out less than a year into his two-year contract with the DR Congo giants.

Kasirye, 21, has handed in a transfer request through his agent Ronnie Santos, who lamented unfavorable conditions at the Linafoot (DRC topflight) side.

“I’m not happy with how they have mistreated my player,” his agent Ronnie Santos told Soka25east.com.

He added, “He got sick and they failed to take care of him. They are also not paying his salary and other allowances he is entitled to.”

Ronnie is equally unhappy his client is warming the bench, “He has only started one game and introduced twice as a substitute. I’m not happy at all.”

Kasirye blossomed in the Azam Rwandan Premier League with Rayon Sports before making the big money move to the DRC June 2016. The deal was rumored to be worth $120,000.

He netted 13 times in the season for Rayon whom he propelled to runners-up finish in the topflight and Peace Cup glory.

His exploits earned his maiden call up to the national team “the Uganda Cranes” for two friendlies against Zimbabwe and Botswana same year. However, he has since fallen out of favor with the national selectors.
