Mozambique beat Angola 2-0 in an international friendly match played on Saturday in Luanda.
The two goals of the ‘Mambas’ were scored in the second half, in a match that the Mozambique team dominated.
Second half subsitute Clesio scored his first international goal in the 52nd minute afte he comnected a shot from Luis Miquissone.
Mambas scored their second in the 72nd minute through Elson wonderful strike to seal the victory over their rivals Angola.
It will be a match to forget for Angola coach Beto Bianchi on his first match incharge but for Abel Xavier, it a major boost ahead of next meeting against Lesotho, scheduled for Tuesday.
