The Startimes stadium on Saturday afternoon will see KCCA FC of Uganda and Mtibwa Sugar sport club of Uganda face off in CAFCC First round game, first leg.
Ahead of the game, Mtibwa Sports club manager, has stressed that they respect KCCA FC but also have it mind of getting a good result in Kampala.
Speaking at Friday Morning’s Presser, the coach said:
“First of all we’ll like to Thank God for the safe travels that we had from Daaresalam to Kampala yesterday, and the welcome we received, and we conducted out training session yesterday at the startimes stadium yesterday in Lugogo which went well.”
“It was important for us that we won out first game against Dynamo from Seychelles, which we won both home and away.
” We know KCCA, and respect them, because they’re a team that has participated well in the continent, and we’re looking forward to picking a good result against them tomorrow ”
“They’re are good side, we knew that getting to this stage of this tournament, we’ll meet bigger teams, so we’re ready, though it will be very hard”
“It’s important that we score many goals, but it’s also important that we pick a good result in both legs.” Katwila said
Another East African rivalry in CAF once again, as a Ugandan team play a Tanzanian side, but looking at the game properly, Mike Mutebi’s KCCA side look favourites to win tomorrow at the startimes stadium
