The date and venue for the 2018 MTN have been revealed on Thursday and tickets are already on sale three fixture’s scheduled for Saturday August 11

The opening fixture of the MTN8 will see last season League champion Mamelodi Sundowns play Golden Arrows at the Lucas Moripe Stadium at 3pm.

Free State Stars will face Kaizer Chiefs at FNB Stadium kickoff (18:00).The defending champions Supersport United will face Orlando Pirates at Orlando Stadium at 20:30/

The last fixture of the MTN8 will be played on Sunday August 12 at the Harry Gwala Stadium Maritzburg United will host Cape Town City

The MTN the top eight teams from the previous season League standings competing on a knockout basis.

The quarterfinal pairs are chosen according to League standings,so the champions play the eighth placed team ,the runners up play the seventh placed team and so on.
