The former Vipers SC head coach Abdallah Mubiru has confirmed reports he is to succeed Sam Timbe as Police FC coach.
In an interview with Soka25east , Mubiru said that he has agreed terms with the Uganda Premier League side and will be taking charge of the side immediately.
“It’s true that i have signed a three year deal with Police FC .It is a good move and i thank God for everything”,Mubiru said.
Mubiru will be assisted by John Luyinda Ayala and James Magala will be the goalkeeping coach in a task that pudits will define it as not a great exercise in skill development but an exercise in mental development at the 2005 Uganda Premier League champions in their relegation battle.
Apart from Vipers SC ,Mubiru has coached Proline FC and KCCA FC.His new side currently holds 13th position winning just three games having recorded five losses and seven draws and with a collection of 14points.
