Liberia FA boss Musa Bility has been chosen to lead a five-man FIFA Integrity Task Force for Sierra Leone.

Musa, who is CAF Executive Committee Member, will lead three other appointees of the world’s governing body and one member from the Ministry of Sports.

The Ministry of Sports in yet to front their choice for the remaining slot in the Task Force whose work will pave way for SLFA election.

The body’s mandate will be to carryout integrity tests on all potential candidates in the forthcoming SLFA election as stated in an MOU penned last year by FIFA, SLFA and Ministry of Sports.

Their work will begin this month but no exact date has been given.

“The objective of the first meeting is to access the current situation and discuss next steps to address the above mentioned issues in view of inter alia, paving the way for a timely holding of SLFA election,”

“As an outcome of the meeting, the Task Force will produce a report for the attention of the FIFA Member Associations,” a letter from FIFA to SLFA states.

The term of office of the current SLFA leadership led by Madam Isha Johansen lapsed last month but FIFA postponed fresh polls indefinitely till the integrity checks are conducted.
