Napsa Stars Football Club has boosted its squad as it begins the campaign for the 2019 MTN/FAZ transitional league season.
The club has acquired services of Burundian striker Laudit Mavugo, formerly Simba FC player on a two-year permanent deal. Midfielders Eric Yema from Congo and Niza Simutenda from Mpande Soccer Academy have signed three-year permanent deals with the club.
This is according to a statement issued by the Club’s Media Liason Officer, Gwen Mulundu Chipasula.
Napsa Stars FC have also acquired the services of left back Bornwell Silengo on a three-year permanent deal from Zesco United FC and right back Luka Ng’uni from National Assembly on a three-year permanent deal.
In addition, the club have roped in Victor Mulenga, a central defender from Mpande Academy on a three-year permanent deal.
Meanwhile, they have recalled Smart Banda and Moses Mwansa who were on loan to Division One side Zesco Malaiti Rangers.
The Board and Management are confident that the assembled squad will represent the club well in the race for the 2019 League Title.
