FC Platinum FC striker Donald Dombo Ngoma is expected to fly in anytime at the Tanzanian City of Dar es Salaam for talks with the Young Africans administration over a possible move to the Jangwani based club Soka25east.com can confirm
The 26 year old player player impressed the Dar outfit when his side played against them in the first round of the CAF confederations Cup where Yanga eliminated the Zimbabwean club.
Yanga is in camp at the Karume Memorial stadium preparing for the CECAFA Kagame cup and the 2015/16 Vodacom Premier League together with the 2016 CAF Champions league.
Meanwhile, Preparations for the elections of officials of Tanga based Club Coastal Union are in top gear and are going on smoothly.
TFF,the Tanzanian Football governing body has already shortlisted the names of interested candidates for various positions.
‘Wagosi wa Kaya kutoka Tanga’ as they are commonly known are planning to hold their club elections for members of executive and the position of Chairman.
So far TFF has eliminated five aspirants for the position of Executive and one member for the Chairman’s position.
The main reason for their elimination was failure to have the minimum requirements of Form 4 qualification.
Those eliminated include Hussein Abdul Ally for the position of Vice Chairman, Hussein Ally Mwinyihewa,Omary Mwambashi,Mohamed Ally Mohamed and Salumu Pelembe who were vying for other positions within the NEC.
Those cleared by TFF are Dr.Ahmed Ally Twaha and Mzee Steven Mgutu for positions of Chairman while Salim Fakki as the sole candidate for the Vice Chair position.
