Embattled NFF president Amaju Pinnick can now have a peaceful mind in running his duties as the NFF president after a court of Appeal sitting in Jos dismissed the judgement of an earlier federal high court which resisted the case filed by Chris Giwa against the NFF and it’s chief Amaju Pinnick.

The federal court had nullified the results of the NFF’s General Assembly in Giwa that brought on board the current office under the leadership of Amaju Pinnick.

The Goodluck Jonathban led administration at that time made a timely rescue of the federation after it was evident Nigeria was facing a ban with Giwa withdrawing the case.

In a twist of events, the case was relisted and this time by allies of Giwa in Adama Yahaya and Obinnna Ogba where they made an approach to the court in March 10th, 2016 .it came out that on 8th April Justice Musa Kurya in his ruling ordered the recognition of Giwa as the President of NFF a ruling that Pinnick appealed.

But appellate judge Joseph Tur in his judgement on Monday put the case at rest confirming Amaju Pinnick as the President of the federation, the judge said that the case had been discontinued and that in the eyes of the law the plaintiffs were wrong ,he faulted the ruling of the federal high court made on April 8th 2016,he therefore reinstated the ruling of the court made on October 30,2014.

Pinnick just recently got the requisite FIFA backing when the world’s football president admitted that there was actually no vacuum at the federation.
