Former Gor Mahia defender Felix Nwosu has officially been unveiled as the head coach of Defending Somalia league championships Heegan FC
He has signed a two year deal with the Horseed based Somalian league side Heegan
Speaking to soka25east from Nairobi before jetting to Somalia, a happy Nwosu said he was so much happy for the great move and his main mission is to help Heegan win titles and also perform well in the cecafa club.
He said he would wish to play in the cecafa cup this year and also win titles
Before signing with Heegan, Nwosu was the head coach of a club with Nigeria roots based in Jericho.
‘I am planning to help my new club win titles, I will bring two strikers from Nigeria and a defender from Enyimba together with a Ugandan I scouted from Gotv shield tournament in Kenya. My wish is to play in the cecafa and win the league win Heegan ” Nwosu said
Nwosu made headlines when he travelled from Nigeria to Kenya to try his lack with Kenya premier league side Gor Mahia saying he had lobed their way of play from TV
He was released after a just half a season with Gor and later joined Division one outfit Ligi Ndogo were he hanged his boots to concentrate in coaching and agency work
