Spanish Third-tier side, Cordoba CF have completed the signing of Ghana’s Kwabena Owusu on a season-long loan. Soka25east.com can confirm
Owusu is joining the Blue and White outfit from Spanish top-flight, CD Leganes.
This is going to be the fourth time the tricky wing-forward is going out on loan having had stints with Toledo, Cartegena and Salamanca CF – where he bagged 10 goals in 25 outings in the Segunda B.
The 21 year-old was instrumental for the Ghana U-23 Men’s football team, Black Meteors, in the Olympics qualifiers hitting the back of the net four times.
However, his display earned him a spot in the Black Stars team for the Total 2019 Afcon tournament in Cairo, Egypt.
Prior to him joining – CD Leganes, he played for Asokwa Deportivo Sporting Club based in the Ashanti Region precisely Kumasi.
