By Admin,
Kenyan International midfielder Victor Wanyama’s capped another fine day in office as his superb strike helped Southampton to another solid perfomance as they beat Hull City 1-0 in an entertaining game played on Saturday .
It was a sweet goal for Wanyama who capitalised on a poor clearance from Hull’s keeper Eldin Jakupovic’s poor clearance off a back pass and big vic wasted no time curling the ball from s lovely chip from 4o yards to score into an empty net to give Saints the solitary goal .
The goal was Wanyama’s third of the season in a perfomance that has made him key in the Southampton rise. The Saints have so far gathered 26 points in seven matchesas they trail Barclays PremierLeague leaders Chelsea who have 30 points.
