Onduparaka FC striker Viane Ssekajugo is targeting the Uganda Premier League Golden Boot as he promises a flurry of goals next season.
Ssekajugo, who emerged as top scorer for the Caterpillars in the recently concluded season, hopes to increase his potential in front of goal.
“My job has always been to score goals and I hope to score plenty next season also,” he told Soka25east.
The lanky forward added that he is eagerly awaiting the UPL 2018/19 season which is expected to begin in August.
“I will make sure that Onduparaka achieves its target of winning Uganda Premier League.I will be happy to play in CAF Champions League and I call fans to be behind the team and we will achieve much together,”he added.
Ssekajugo joined the Caterpillars before the start of last season from JMC Hippos and scored 8 goals,nine shy of UPL top scorer Dan Sserunkuma.
Onduparaka finished in a respectable 4th position in the Ugandan Premier League, 17 points behind winners Vipers SC and are expected to start their pre-season next month.
