Mamelodi Sundowns Ugandan goalkeeper Denis Onyango has made the CAF Champions League week five best XI for the third time on the trot.

Onyango, 32, was pivotal in the defending champions’ 1-0 triumph away to St. George in Addis Ababa – pulling a super save to deny the tournament’s leading top scorer Salhadin Said from the spot.

His teammate and Liberian winger Anthony Laffor, who netted the lone goal with panache, has also made the roll of honor for the first time this season.

AS Vita Club striker Etekiama Agiti, who scored a brace against Esperance du Tunis in 2-2 draw in Kinshasa also makes the list, and so is Taha Yassine Khenissi who was on the score sheet for the Tunisians.

Another brace scorer in the week Abbas Brian Amidu of CAPS United is also among the best eleven. CAPS shocked visiting five times champions 3-1 in Harare.
