Orlando Pirates are believed to have made informal enquiries into the availability of Richard Ofori with an official from Maritzburg United indicating that the keeper is on a number of clubs wish list.
Maritzburg United are at risk of losing Ghana Black Stars shot stopper on a free transfer next season.The 26 year old has been heavily linked with a move away from the club.Ofori joined Maritzburg United from Waa All Stars in his native country in July 2017
An official has now revealed that the Buccaneers have joined the race to sign him .According to official no talks have been initiated and there has only been enquiries into his availability which suggests that Bucs may be keen on opening negotiations with the Team of Choice in the upcoming July,August transfer window.
The Soweto giants currently have Wayne Sandilands,Siyabonga Mpotshane,Brilliant Khuzwayo and Jackson Mabokgwane on their books and it seems as though they will be releasing one goalkeeper at the end of the season.
