Mamelodi Sundowns heach coach Pitso Mosimane is set to leave the club and take over the reigns of Egyptian giants Al Ahly.
Early reports suggest that Pitso has resigned from his post at Sundowns after receiving a huge offer from Ahly.
The Red Devils are ready to activate Mosimane’s release clause as they see him as the perfect replacement for René Weiler.
Mosimane, is regarded as one of the most successful managers in South African football after delivering his fifth South African championship with Sundowns last month.
Mosimane led Sundowns to their first CAF Champions League crown in 2016 in which the team was named club of the year.
