Kenya’s Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has received a file from the Director of Criminal Investigations (CID) recommending the prosecution of three Football Kenya Federation (FKF) officials for offences related to the bungled Harambee Stars trip to Praia, Cape Verde.
The three includes; FKF president Sam Nyamweya, secretary general Michael Esakwa and acting finance manager Samson Cherop.
The trio are accused of mismanagement of government funds that were meant to cater for team Kenya’s return leg journey to Praia for the 2018 World Cup Qualifiers against Cape Verde.
