Power Dynamos Vs Zanaco

This fixture last season was billed as a ‘title decider’, Power Dynamos won on the day but Zanaco beat them to league glory with a difference of 20 points. But that game in Kitwe, Fwayo Tembo scored in the 12th minute while Fashion Sakala equalised for Zanaco before Patson Daka got the winner on 59th minute for Power Dynamos.
This time round it’s a little bit different but the stakes are just as high; Zanaco are still gunning for the title but their hosts are hoping to improve their chances of getting a top four spot.
Since the turn of the second round Dan Kabwe’s side are not looking like the team that was fighting for the title in the first round, all of a sudden you don’t know what is happening in this team and you just don’t know what happens on the day.
A dogged 1-1 draw against City of Lusaka extended their lack of wins to five games as they are mounting a real case for a top four slot and their deep in form is happening at a wrong time in the season.
Zanaco, meanwhile wwere derailed by a very good Lusaka Dynamos with a 1-0 loss, that loss allowed Zesco to open up a five-point lead in the process and they know a win at Arthur Davies will really put the pressure on Zesco united who will be playing on the same day and time against their local rivals in Ndola.
Dan Kabwe’s is under pressure but Zanaco knows how to play such games and I don’t think Power will run over Numba Mumamba’s boys. I feel they will share points here.
