Zambia National Soccer Team “Chipolopolo” has arrived in Congo Brazzaville ahead of Sunday’s crucial AFCON2017 Qualifier against the “Red Devils”.This is according to a post on the official facebook page of the Football Association of Zambia.
The Zambia national football team has arrived in
Brazzaville ahead of the Group E qualification match of
the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations against Congo to be
played at the Massemba-Débat Stadium on Sunday .
The Rwanda Air flight carrying the team touched down at Mayamaya International Airport at 07h44 local time
(08h44 Zambian Time).
The team was welcomed at the airport by Ben
Koussakana, the Protocol Officer at the Congolese
Football Association (Fecofoot) and has been accommodated at the Ramada Hotel. Sixty Chipolopolo fans travelled on the same plane.
The team will have a training session this afternoon.
